Licences
Below are the three types of licences available when you purchase video loops packs.

tier 1, LIVE licence
1. What This licence Allows
Live use is permitted, but this licence does not allow any use online, nor in media such as film, TV, games, broadcast advertising. This Live licence grants you the rights to use your purchased visual loops and assets:
✔ In live, in-person environments, including but not limited to:
Videoprojection, mapping, VJ sets, DJ sets, concerts, parties and festivals
Dance, theater or art performances or ephemeral installations
Private parties and events
✔ Personal use is always allowed, including:
Wallpapers / screensavers for any personal device (PC, tablet, smartphone, smartwatch etc.)
Ambient visuals at home, in a studio, garden or any private space
✔ Recordings of the event are allowed
If you or someone else films or records your live performance, that footage can be shared online (social media, aftermovie, recap, artist promo, etc.). This is not considered publishing the assets themselves, and is thus permitted.
2. What This licence Does NOT Allow
This licence is strictly limited to live and in-person use only.
The following uses are not permitted under this licence:
X online publishing
You may NOT use the visuals for:
Online videos
Social media content
Streaming content
Web design or banners
Any downloadable or online digital media
X use in commercial media production
You may NOT use the visuals for:
Cinema or television
Advertisements
Video games or applications
Any type of physical products
X redistribution or resale
You may NOT:
Resell the loops
Give them away
Package them into your own loop packs
Include them in any asset library
Upload them to marketplaces
X NFT usage
Creating or selling NFT tokens from these visuals is strictly forbidden.
X AI training
Using these assets to train or feed machine learning / AI models is not allowed.
X use as a downloadable asset
You cannot offer the visuals themselves for users to download.
3. Ownership
All visuals remain the intellectual property of Psaltix (or the original creator).
This licence grants usage rights, not ownership.
4. One licence per User
This licence is granted to one individual or organization.
It cannot be transferred, sublicenced, or shared.
5. Termination
Psaltix reserves the right to revoke the licence if terms are violated.
Unauthorized redistribution or commercial use may result in legal action.

tier 2, WEB Licence
1. What This licence Allows:
This Web licence includes the Live licence. It grants you the rights to use the purchased assets for:
✔ In live, in-person environments, including but not limited to:
Videoprojection, mapping, VJ sets, DJ sets, concerts, parties and festivals
Dance, theater or art performances or ephemeral installations
Private parties and events
✔ Social media content, Online branding & identity
Music clips, lyrics videos, Audio visualizers
Promotional content, animated flyers
Shorts, reels, posts on any social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook etc.)
Stream overlays and visuals (Twitch, YouTube, Rumble etc.)
Profile pictures, channel headers, website banners and backgrounds
✔ Personal use is always allowed, including:
Wallpapers / screensavers for any personal device (PC, tablet, smartphone, smartwatch etc.)
Ambient visuals at home, in a studio, garden or any private space
This licence is intended for musicians, video editors, content creators, labels, agencies, and any individual producing online media content.
2. What This licence Does NOT Allow :
X use in large-scale commercial media
This licence does not cover any use of the assets or their derivatives for :
Films or movies produced for cinema or television
Content produced for major streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, Hulu, Max etc.)
Commercial advertising for broadcast, cinema, or paid media
Video games or interactive software
Mobile or desktop applications
Printing on physical products of any kind
Embedding visuals into electronic devices manufactured for sale
Permanent or unattended digital display installations,
Including digital signage, advertising screens, or media installations,
Regardless of display technology (LED, LCD, OLED, projection, laser, or similar)
X redistribution or resale
You may NOT:
Resell these visuals
Share them as standalone files
Include them in asset packs or libraries
Upload them to marketplaces or stock websites
X NFT usage
Creating or selling NFT tokens from these visuals is strictly forbidden.
X AI training
Using these assets to train or feed machine learning / AI models is not allowed.
X claiming authorship
You may not claim the visuals as your original creation.
All restrictions apply regardless of the scale of the project.

1. What This licence Allows:
This Full Professional licence includes the Live and Web licences. It grants you the rights to use the included visual loops and assets in any type of production, including but not limited to:
✔ In live, in-person environments, including but not limited to:
Videoprojection, mapping, VJ sets, DJ sets, concerts, parties and festivals
Dance, theater or art performances or ephemeral installations
Private parties and events
✔ Social media content, Online branding & identity
Music clips, lyrics videos, Audio visualizers
Promotional content, animated flyers
Shorts, reels, posts on any social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook etc.)
Stream overlays and visuals (Twitch, YouTube, Rumble etc.)
Profile pictures, channel headers, website banners and backgrounds

2. What This licence Does NOT Allow :
Even with full rights, certain actions remain strictly prohibited. These prohibitions apply regardless of project scale, budget, or distribution method.
X redistribution or resale
You may NOT:
Resell these visuals nor share them as standalone files
Include them in asset packs or libraries
Upload them to marketplaces or stock websites
